# ERM-1006

> We couldn't authenticate with Marketo

## What happened

Marketo refused allGood's credentials.

## Common causes

The client secret was rotated; the API user or LaunchPoint service was deleted or deactivated; the Marketo instance URL changed.

## How to fix

Go to Settings → Integrations in allGood and reconnect Marketo with current credentials.

## Will allGood retry?
