# ERM-1009

> Marketo isn't connected

## What happened

A Reply Management step uses Marketo, but no Marketo integration is set up for your account.

## How to fix

Connect Marketo in Settings → Integrations, or remove the Marketo steps from your config. (If Marketo *is* connected but failing, see [ERM-1006](/errors/ERM-1006).)
