## What happened

allGood couldn't add the lead to the smart campaign, for a reason we couldn't classify more specifically.

## How to fix

Usually nothing. If it keeps failing, confirm the campaign exists, is active, and has a "Campaign is Requested" trigger with source "Web Service API". Then contact support.
