## What happened

The connection works, but it's missing a permission (scope) needed for this action — e.g. reading/writing contacts, lists, or subscription preferences.

## How to fix

Reconnect HubSpot and approve all requested permissions. The connecting user must be a HubSpot super admin or have access to the relevant objects.
