# Using with Claude Desktop

> Install the allGood ERM MCP server as a custom connector in Claude Desktop so you can work on Email Reply Management from a Claude conversation.

The allGood ERM MCP server lets you review your categories, manage your Test Suite, run it, and prepare fixes in a draft, all from Claude Desktop. This setup takes about 5 minutes.

## Before you begin

You'll need:

* **Claude Desktop** installed (macOS or Windows)
* A Claude plan that supports custom connectors (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise)
* An **allGood account** with **View reply management** (to look things up) and **Manage reply management** (to make changes)
* The allGood ERM MCP server URL: `https://api.allgoodhq.app/mcp/erm`

<Note>
  Custom connectors aren't available on Claude's Free plan, and may need to be enabled by a workspace admin on Team or Enterprise plans. If you're the admin, start with [Roll out the ERM MCP to your organization](/use-cases/erm-mcp/admin-rollout). See Anthropic's [Get started with custom connectors using remote MCP](https://support.claude.com/en/articles/11175166-get-started-with-custom-connectors-using-remote-mcp) if you run into an issue that isn't covered here.
</Note>

**Already see allGood ERM in your Connectors list?** On Team and Enterprise plans, your admin may have added it for everyone. If it's there, skip ahead to **Connect the connector**.
