A webinar motion sends the emails and serves the pages around one live event. The event’s details live in one place, a webinar asset, so you enter the title, start time, and join link once. Every email and page in the motion points to that asset and stays in sync.

Reference your webinar’s details

Emails and pages cite the webinar asset instead of pasting its details. These three are confirmed in the webinar motion skill. Change the date on the webinar asset and everything that cites it follows. Nothing is copied, so you don’t need a separate copy field for each email. There’s no {{ motion.* }} token. References point down to what an email depends on, never up to the motion that contains it.

To write

  • What a webinar motion is and what it builds.
  • Create the webinar asset: title, time zone, provider, join link.
  • Reuse an existing webinar across motions.
  • Where each token goes in an email and a page.
  • Reminder timing across time-zone changes.
  • Troubleshooting: blank join link, wrong time.
