They’re not the same thing, even though you register both as subdomains. Your email domain is what sends your marketing email and receives replies — it’s the address in your From line. Your Web Edge domain is what hosts your landing pages and forms, and what the links in that same email route through when someone clicks. Click Verify All on the Email Domains page to recheck right away, rather than waiting for the next automatic check. If it’s been more than a day or two and the record still shows Not detected yet, this is almost always ordinary DNS propagation delay or cache. They’re the three stages a domain moves through in order. DNS Validated means allGood found your three CNAME records. Ready for MX record Updates is automatic — there’s nothing for you to do at that stage. Fully Live means the domain is fully configured and ready to send and receive. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are account-wide records that tell every mail provider your domain sends mail honestly. BIMI is optional on top of that, and puts your logo in the inbox.
