Contact Creation Rules

Duplicate Handling:
  • Primary Match: Email address (exact match)
  • Secondary Match: First name + last name + company
  • Action Options:
    • Update existing contact
    • Create new contact
    • Skip duplicate
Contact Lifecycle:
  • New contacts → “Lead” lifecycle stage
  • Existing contacts → Preserve current stage
  • Enriched data → Update without stage change
