Contact Creation Rules
Duplicate Handling:
- Primary Match: Email address (exact match)
- Secondary Match: First name + last name + company
- Action Options:
- Update existing contact
- Create new contact
- Skip duplicate
- New contacts → “Lead” lifecycle stage
- Existing contacts → Preserve current stage
- Enriched data → Update without stage change
