The Integrations screen is where you connect allGood to the other tools you use: your CRM, your collaboration tools, data providers, and AI models. Each tool has a card that shows whether it’s connected and lets you connect it or change its settings. To open it, select the gear icon in the top bar, then select Integrations in the sidebar.

How the screen is laid out

Cards are grouped into sections. The first three are always open, but Advanced starts collapsed, so select the arrow next to it to see what’s inside. The CRM section also holds marketing automation tools like Marketo and Eloqua. Enrichment tools fill in missing details about people and companies, like job title or company size. If you can’t find a tool, check that Advanced is expanded. That’s also where you’ll find the Anthropic (Claude) card, which Workshop (Ask Mary) needs to create content. See Add your Anthropic API key.

Reading a card

A card that shows Install isn’t set up yet. Select it to connect the tool. Once the tool is connected, the button changes to Edit Settings, where you can replace a key or reconnect an account. An Active badge means allGood is using the connection. A Draft badge means someone started setting the tool up but didn’t finish. The card still says Install, so select it to pick up where they left off.

Two ways to connect

When you select Install, a form opens with either a button to sign in to the other tool or fields to paste a key into.

Sign in to the other tool

Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, Act-On, Google, Slack, Asana, Linear, Adobe Workfront, and Airtable connect this way. There’s nothing to copy. Select the connect button (for example, Connect Slack workspace), sign in, and approve access for allGood. You’ll land back in allGood with the card showing Active. HubSpot asks one question first: which allGood features to allow before you link your account. Once a tool is connected, its Edit Settings form has a Reconnect button (Reconnect Google account, for example). Use it if the connection stops working, or to switch to a different account.

Paste a key

This covers Marketo, Zoom, Drift, the enrichment tools, and the AI models. For these tools, you copy a key (a long code from the other tool’s settings) and paste it into the form. Some tools also ask for an account ID or similar. Then select Create Integration. Before saving, allGood checks the details with the other tool. If they don’t work, you’ll see Failed to create integration. Check credentials and try again, and nothing is saved. Some forms also link to that tool’s setup guide (View setup guide here).

Setup guides for each tool

These tools have their own step-by-step guide: The other tools don’t have an allGood guide yet. Their form shows which details to paste. If anything here doesn’t match what you see in your account, contact allGood support — settings may have changed since this was written.
