A form can be saved and look complete without capturing anything. When you test your form, each problem below shows up as its own message. See Testing a form.

No capture endpoint

Your form doesn’t have an endpoint yet. The endpoint is the address a page sends submissions to. Finish creating the form in Creating a form.

Not registered

In the form’s Test section, Registered has no checkmark. That means allGood doesn’t know about your form yet. Publish the form to register it. See Creating a form.

Origin not allowed

The test result reads “This page can’t post to your form.” The page you’re testing from isn’t on your form’s allowed-origins list. Add it exactly as shown, with no trailing slash, in Web Edge Sessions setup. The in-app message may tell you to go to “Settings → Form Processing”. That’s where the setting is stored, not where you edit it. Use Web Edge Sessions instead.

Origin not yet active

You added the origin, but its setup hasn’t finished yet. The domain or its security certificate is still being prepared. Check its status in the same Web Edge Sessions settings.

Bot check can’t be satisfied

You turned the bot check on for the form, but the account-wide switch is off, or the reverse. You need both on. See Turn on bot protection.

Edge sync unknown

The Edge sync row in the Test section can’t confirm yet that your latest settings are live. This usually clears up within a few minutes. If it doesn’t, contact support.
