Find the symptom, then follow its fix.

The page won’t save

It asks for a visitor’s name or other person details. A page is built before any visitor arrives, so it can’t use a person’s details. Remove the reference, or use a form to collect the information. See What a landing page is. It says the source has problems. In Edit Source, the check above the editor lists what to fix. See Editing a landing page’s code. A section “no longer matches” a component. Your page changed a section’s shape. Undo the change, or ask Mary to make it within the block. See Page components. There’s no slug. A page needs an address. Ask Mary to set one.

The page won’t publish

“…is already served by another page.” Another page uses that address. Ask Mary to change this page’s slug, or take the other page down. A reference is missing. The page points at an image, download or other asset that doesn’t exist. Restore the asset, or ask Mary to remove the reference. See Checks before a page goes live.

The page doesn’t load

You see the preview host, not your domain. No domain is connected. Ask your admin to connect one. See Connect a subdomain. The address shows nothing. The page may be a draft or taken down. Open it in Content and check that it shows as published. A colleague’s preview link stopped working. Preview links expire. Open the preview again.

The form isn’t capturing

Check that the form is published first. See Form not capturing submissions?.

The page shows in search results

Search engine settings apply to your whole site, not to one page. See Landing page settings. If you’re still stuck, contact support@allgoodhq.com with the page’s address.
